**Ohio Valley Running Company Online Order Return Policy**

**30-Day Return Policy for Unused Items with Original Tags:**

1. **Unused Items**: You may return unused items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. **Original Tags**: Items must be returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way.

3. **Proof of Purchase**: To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.

4. **Return Process**: To return an unused item, please follow these steps:
- Shoot an email to info@ohiovalleyrunning.com or the email on the order and let us know you need to make a return.
- Package the item securely, including all original tags and packaging and include a note with your name and a copy of the receipt
- Ship the package to the following address: Ohio Valley Running Company, 20 Station St, Athens, OH 45701


5. **Return Shipping**: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. **Processing Time**: Once we receive your return, please allow up to [X] business days for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

**30-Day Store Credit Policy for Used Items:**

1. **Used Items**: If you ordered shoes, you have  30 days from the date of purchase to try them out to see if they are the shoe for you! If not, contact us at 740-592-0059 or email: info@ohiovalleyrunning.com so we can figure out a replacement for them

2. **Proof of Purchase**: To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email

3. **Return Process**: When you are ready to return the used shoes, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@ohiovalleyrunning.com
- Package the item securely and include a note with your name and a copy of the receipt
- Ship the package to the following address: 20 Station St, Athens, OH 45701

4. **Return Shipping**: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
